4 out of 5 starsBeautiful and very well I put 4 stars because the closure is a silicone that stuck to the skewer of the earring and cost a lot to remove it. And there were remains I guess because of the heat. You need to improve the closure so that the quality is excellent

Gentile cliente, mi dispiace molto per l’accaduto, ma non e’ stata colpa mia. Ho fatto di tutto per contattare lei e il servizio di assistenza etsy, per risolvere al piu’ presto. Purtroppo non e’ stato possibile, ma il rimborso e’ stato effettuato. Le ho scritto un ultimo messaggio in privato, scusandomi personalmente e chiedendole il suo indirizzo per farle avere un regalo, ma non mi ha mai risposto. Credo non sia giusto che Etsy non tuteli, oltre che i clienti anche i venditori.
